We are committed to ensuring that working-age adults with disabilities are included in competitive employment opportunities across the Cedar Valley. By partnering with local businesses, we create pathways for workforce diversity, enhance public perception, and foster positive employment experiences. 

Through our individualized approach, we match employer needs with the unique skills and interests of each applicant, ensuring both success on the job and a meaningful contribution to the workforce.  Our partner organizations include:

We have formed relationships with more than 70 employers that offer career support and on-the-job training opportunities that create a positive, inclusive work environment. We advocate for both employers and employees through ongoing support, ensuring job quality, security, and advancement opportunities. LEARN

At Inclusion Connection, education is at the heart of our mission. We provide educational opportunities not only for individuals with disabilities but also for their families, friends, and the broader community. We believe that learning is key to understanding the value of inclusion and creating lasting change.

Each year, we host an educational conference focused on the importance of inclusion, advocacy, leadership, communication, and independence. This event offers a unique opportunity for attendees to network, build relationships, communicate, and share knowledge with others from across the country, strengthening our collective commitment to inclusive communities.

PLAY

At Inclusion Connection we collaborate with organizations to guide them toward providing their activities and services in a more Inclusion fashion. Through training, consultation, and assessment from the activities room to the boardroom, we help organizations both nonprofit and for-profit, discover and eliminate "hidden" obstacles to true Inclusion. All organization levels will learn to appreciate the differences, and interdependencies, between Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity and understand the importance of embracing all for their organization's success.
